Installation

A critical moment in each project is when the system is ready for delivery. Let's Go Robotics works with each customer to ensure the least disruption during installation, training and acceptance testing.

During installation, the Project Manager and experienced engineers work together to quickly put the new system in place as directed by the project plan. This plan may include Factory and/or Site Acceptance Testing.

Factory Acceptance Test

The system is tested and assembled (with the available equipment) at Let’s Go Robotics and then typically run for one 8-hour dry run.  In the event of a failure, the problem will be corrected and the associated tests re-run.  All necessary repairs must be made to initiate the warranty period. Prior to shipment, a customer representative will meet at Let’s Go Robotics and review the system.  Items to be reviewed are workmanship, aesthetics, functionality and completeness to the Bill of Materials.  Issues found will be corrected before shipment.

Site Acceptance Test

After installation and final training, typically an eight hour “dry” run will be cycled through the process using the operator interface, and a process method.  Customer instrumentation is included in the dry run. This tests the equipment and control software integration.  The purpose of this test is to validate the integration process functions. Let's Go Robotics works with third party vendors to resolve any issues that arise.
